TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE(EACH SIZE)
THORIATED TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE (WT10/WT20/WT30/WT40)
● Primarily for DC welding of Carbon & Stainless steels, nickle alloys and titanium etc.
●Performace well when over loaded with extra amperage the most commonly used tungsten in welding.
LANTHANATED TUNGSTEN ELECTRODES (WL10/WL15/WL20)
● Popular in the circle of welding world.
● The electric conductivity of Lanthanated Tungsten is the most closed to than of 2%
● Thoriated Tungsten. Can easily replace Thoriated Tungsten Electrode with
● Lanthanated Tungsten at either DC or AC and not have to make any welding program changes
CERIATED TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE (WC20)
● A non-radioactive material. Know to be expecially good for DC welding with low amperage.
● Suitable for the welding of orbital tube, pipe, very small parts, short welding cycles.
PURE TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE (WP)
● Suitable for welding under AC mainly using when welding aluminum and aluminum-alloy.
YTTRIUM TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE (WY20)
● Yttrium-tungsen Electrode produces a slim arc and a level of compression when used in welding, Moreover it has a deeer melting depth in mediium or hith current, It is mainly used in the military aviatic industries.
ZIRCONIATED TUNGSTEN ELECTRODE (WZ3/WZ8)
● Can not be replaced by any other electrodes in terms of its excellent perferemce.
● Retains a ball end when welding, which results in less tungsten permeation and good corrosion resitance.
